The weather was beautiful, had a great stay on vacation. The hotel was near the center of town, a tranquil garden, and shops. Everything was simply really good.

The location of Utz Jay is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to boats and nearby shops and restaurants. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and provide a relaxing atmosphere. As a single woman traveler, I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and a safe for my belongings. I also enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the on-site restaurant.

Although bottled water was available in the room, there was no easy access to pure water for filling my own bottle. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was quite poor, making it inconvenient to stay connected.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the beautiful exteriors of the grounds and cabins. The jungle garden was a stunning sight, with vibrant flowers and even hummingbirds. The location of the hotel was perfect - hidden away from the noise, but still in a central location. It was just a short walk to the main street and the lanchas, making it convenient for exploring the area. The internet connection was fast, which was a big plus in staying connected with loved ones during the holiday season.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The bed blankets were quite old and worn out, which didn't match the otherwise clean and comfortable sheets and pillows.

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was impressive.

The place was fairly clean and wonderful. The staff was courteous and addressed my concern about the noise in a positive manner. The rooms were spacious and very well furnished and had great views upstairs. It felt like home.
